Missing referral reward

Question

My friend and I haven't received our referral rewards it's been 15 weeks alkamio won't give an update as they said its down to virgin to verify it. Anyone else having the same issue?&nbsp;

We have no control over this, it all goes through Alkamio.
Did you both go through the direct link, you need to go through this link or it wouldn't activate it.&nbsp;
If all done correctly this should of been done and added onto the account with 28 days.

Yes, it shows as pending and I've contacted them twice but they say it's down to virgin media to verify it&nbsp;

Their phone number doesn't work and every time I email they say the same thing, that virgin media needs to verify it&nbsp;

Unfortunately, we do not have access to those systems to be able to best help. We would advise contacting them directly. Additionally, it would be good to verify that both you and your friend followed the referral via the referral link.
