Missing Refer a Friend Rewards

Felt like I had to vent a little about it all..

It doesn't seem to be a new issue by any means, but I have multiple missing rewards that are still showing as pending, even though it has been beyond the 13 week quoted period. In fact, I have been waiting 21 weeks for one of the rewards. It's a joke at this point. Neither company makes it easy for you to reach out about the issue to try and find a solution and I'm at my wit's end trying to get things sorted out.

This whole process needs reviewed as soon as possible.

    We're sorry for the poor experience.

    Rewards are paid once the cancellation period has expired, In some cases, this can take up to 9 weeks after installation or delivery.

      Hi @Ayisha_B,

      It has been over the initial 13 week period and now 9 weeks after this fact and I still have not received any updates regarding the status of the referrals.

      Aklamio's Support Centre has not been of any assistance due to the fact that they say they cannot resolve anything due to them waiting on Virgin Media's confirmation of the installations.

      It's a vicious cycle of being told to go back and forth and I would really appreciate a resolution as soon as possible.

        Hi All 👋 Just returning to this public thread to keep it updated. 

        Thanks to erind21 for PMing with us! We were able to get the information we needed, and review the evidence provided for their case. 

        A complaint was raised so there's a formal record of the experience and feedback they provided, and we have now agreed a resolution which they accepted. The complaint's now closed as resolved, and the resolution has been put in place.
