Missing cashback from new client refer of Topcashback

Goodnight, I was jointed virgin media on end of March and used compare of Boardband (TopCashback) refer when I joined the package show that new client will cashback. I has waiting about 1 year and still not received any cashback from Virgin Media. No adjust any monthly paid fees or refund any cashback to me. Please assist and help me how to claim my right of cashback with new client scheme.

    Do you have any documents that show you were due to receive cashback? 

    Also, have you spoken to TopCashback about this directly? If so, what did they advise?

  • Good morning I contact TopCashback requested my situation but they replied based on you company rewards my cash back the website show new clients use compare the boardand with cash back about £99 when I use the link applied my boardband and tv contract.not show any new client rewards. I think maybe your company need to confirm I am a new customer and rewards me later. But not any action from both company. I am not sure which company rewards to me. I was not captured the photo with TopCashback website but when you go to compare of boardband from TopCashback web site you will find out similar rewards applied. If you need to provide my documents. I will sent you a this similar rewards and my contact details to you. Thank you very much and assist to me.

      Hi Rinli8203, thank you for your response.

      Virgin Media cannot help with third party vouchers or cashback offers. You'd need to contact the third party vendor directly.

      You'd need your online sales reference number, starting with "CH", in order to track your order with the third party.

        Hi Rinli8203 

        When you placed your original order you will have received a confirmation email back from Virgin  which will have included either an Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers] or Order ref. CH[and 10 characters]  Those are the details needed for tracking purposes.
