Missing £50 Just Eat Voucher

I signed up for the Virgin Media student deal in September and was promised a £50 JustEat voucher. It is now January and I have still not heard back regarding this. I have checked my spam/junk folder and have tried ringing up about the matter as instructued on this webpage (https://www.virginmedia.com/help/gifts) but cannot get past the automated bot. Please can anyone help?
