Memorable word problem
A long time ago my memorable word was 7 characters then 8. This was due to Virgin changing security requirements.
Now Virgin have changed my memorable word to something completely different.
As a result their "Customer Service" agents I use those words lightly will not help even thought one of them apparently changed it to my chosen word.
Additionally the new website does not have the option to amend the memorable word - nor even view it which seems crazy.
