Managed to get VirginMedia O2 ID with main email stuck with how to manage 2nd email.

Hello, with my @ntlworld.com email address I have managed to create a VirginMedia O2 ID. However I have always had a SECOND email address a @virgin.net one which had it own SECOND VirginMedia account. 

I can't get into that SECOND email address using webmail -  the system wants to link that to the VirginMedia O2 ID and to change the access email. 

To summarise, I used to have 2 Virgin Media accounts for the two separate email addresses. How do I now get two O2 IDs? Or, how do I get my second email onto my main O2 ID?

    SECOND email address at VM you don't have to link and can click skip.
