LOST NTL PASSWORD
My partner has changed phones and her .ntl e mail account requires a password.
She has had this account for 20 years and cannot remember the password
Can you help in getting it reset so she can access emails

Is she a current paying customer with VM broadband?
No which is the difficulty

It is very likely VM has deleted the mailbox if she has not been a VM broadband customer for 90+ days.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that your partner is having with her email account but as you've advised that your partner is no longer a Virgin Media customer we wouldn't be able to restore access to the email account for her. How long ago did she or yourself leave Virgin Media?
