Lost Account Number

Hi I’ve ordered a broadband package which is due to be installed in a week or so. I’ve not had a Welcome email so I don’t have an account number to set up my account online  Can you help.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Apologies that you have not received your documentation for your new installation. As you have not yet been installed any action made in an attempt to set an online account up cannot be made until the account is installed and active. Once it is active, we will send out all your details to create an online account.
