loss of service credit vm scammers
- report loss of service a number of times . 150 say if due wait for the ofcom loss of service to give u credit....
waited and give up ringing nothink due .
45 to 50 days over 18 months or less they refused point blank ..
as u see they put £429.14 blaming ... human / system error / i was paid/ still on account .
ur getting it paid by cheque / bank tranfer . ur not due the end.
ask for breakdown point blank failed to answer any more questions . bring up somethink eise.
asked for dead lock as was not going to loss the £429.14
they tryed me not asking for dead lock and got the dead lock letter.
ombusman asked them for detail and full discloser of credit and remote .
they showed them credit on account and not taken off.
they asked again same docs vm sent ombusman service.
again and same docs sent .
then ombusman goes in my favour . but scammers blame we not paying u loss of service ...
and passed to every one trying to stop me and vm said deal with ombusman we have had no replys on the final asking us to pay . and we will refuse to pay .
ofcom was called by me and they said we just have understanding we cant help do this to ombusman next step . but contact vm 1st .
went down the toilet again .
i then said that 1 customer u failed t o pay out so all the other vm customers this ofcome- loss of service system needs closing down .
it showed that was due - 150 refused my 150 to give at time of problem - wait for loss of service system to pay out if it does .
i asked them to close down the ofcom loss of service system right away as failing me is not right .
that is 1 customer who as a voice and i wont let them walk over me vm .
as lossing the £429.14 them refusing to pay out . is not right .
any of other ombusman cases this is the 1st company who failed to do what the ombusman said.
so loss of service remove of ur vm account for all customers .
as been scammed by u vm and that system was right to award me the £429.14 but u refusing to pay so close loss of service down . right away .
