loss of service credit vm scammers

  1. report loss of service a number of times . 150 say if due wait for the ofcom loss of service to give u credit....

waited and give up ringing nothink due .

45 to 50 days over 18 months or less they refused point blank ..

as u see they put £429.14 blaming ... human / system error / i was paid/ still on account .

ur getting it paid by cheque / bank tranfer . ur not due the end.

ask for breakdown point blank failed to answer any more questions . bring up somethink eise.

 

asked for dead lock as was not going to loss the £429.14

they tryed me not asking for dead lock and got the dead lock letter.

 

ombusman asked them for detail and full discloser of credit and remote .

they showed them credit on account and not taken off.

they asked again same docs vm sent ombusman service.

again and same docs sent .

then ombusman goes in my favour . but scammers blame we not paying u loss of service ...

and passed to every one trying to stop me and vm said deal with ombusman we have had no replys on the final asking us to pay . and we will refuse to pay .

ofcom was called by me and they said we just have understanding we cant help do this to ombusman next step . but contact vm 1st . 

went down the toilet again .

 

i then said that 1 customer u failed t o pay out so all the other vm customers this ofcome- loss of service system needs closing down .

 

it showed that was due - 150 refused my 150 to give at time of problem - wait for loss of service system to pay out if it does .

i asked  them to close down the ofcom loss of service system right away as failing me is not right .

that is 1 customer who as a voice and i wont let them walk over me vm .

as lossing the £429.14 them refusing to pay out . is not right .

 

any of other ombusman cases this is the 1st company who failed to do what the ombusman said.

 

so loss of service remove of ur vm account for all customers .

 

as been scammed by u vm and that system was right to award me the £429.14 but u refusing to pay so close loss of service down . right away .

    If the ombudsman has ordered VM to pay you the £429.14, and VM has failed to do so, my understanding is that you need to go back to the ombudsman to get them to follow up with VM.

    If VM still fails to pay up, follow the advice from Cardiffman and take the matter to the small claims court.

    As I understand it, a judgement from the ombudsman is legally binding on VM so taking it through the court process should be made more simple by already having the ombudsman judgement in place.

      Very well done and thank you for updating us. The signs are that VM is taking a very hard nosed approach to cost control due to stiff competition but it should still meet its basic obligations. I'm glad you got there in the end and yes perserverance and speaking up on here are key.

    on pre bill account i loss of service
     10th april 2025 £200.00 loss of service credit 
    15th april 2025 £200.00 was charged back to virgin media .
    was error i kicked off .
    ombusman way ..
    rall march to july 2025 no ref what so ever to 200.00 
    they say it on account . 
    they refuse to send details .
    i went ombusman they failed to show them £200.00 compo paid.they asked them 10x 
    no report sent .
    i won £200.00 they refused saying i was paid 10th april 2025 show proof appealed .
    they refused to show log were was so i won the case .
    3rd july 2025 £200.00 in credit - wait to statement 3rd aug 2025 credit 200.00 
    the end ..... i reported to ombusman thanks but they say i been paid 10th april 2025 still
    i be in contact u if i have to compliant over any think i got the felling they will take it back ..

    nov 2025 digital phone compliant flag u got £300.00 in credit u owe use £200.00 
    i dont .. yeserday gets email u been paid double we want it back .

    11th dec rang them why and details why as i only have 1 £200.00 we ring u monday.

    11th dec at 6pm shocked to find my £200.00 was taken off my account rang 150 .
    said i paid double we taken the credit back .
    were was the 2nd £200.00 since april to sept 2025 
    i can see 2 10th april and 3rd july . 
    15 april 2025 was charged back .
    i file a case but the ceo office have taken it .
    so that £200.00 is up in smoke .

    if u get compo of ombusman over £100.00 be were they give all the storys u been paid 2x .
