Loss of service and rescheduled engineer visits without reason (part 2)

I have been private messaging with Lee_R but now I can't message them any more because i've reached the limit of private messages (why is this even a thing!?)

Can some please assist? The level of communication by Virgin Media has been disappointing. It seems like no one is taking ownership, despite being told on multiple occasions that my case is on "high priority" after me having to call.

Nearly 2 months without service (and still getting billed) and I still get promised that it will be fixed. What is going on!? ðŸ˜

    Thanks for coming back here. 

    I can see that you've been in a private message with Lee. While in a PM, you won't get updates via the Community as well. We don't have a private message limit, this error only occurs usually if you've tried to send the same content within a short space of time.

    Please make sure you are not posting duplicate threads. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

    If you're still waiting on an update, please pop Lee another message and he can check things this end for you.
