Login Issues after linking accounts

I linked my virgin media and O2 accounts yesterday, not willingly may I add, I was forced to do so when trying to access my VM account.

After what seemed like a neverending torrade of verification emails which was annoying and frustrating especially considering I didn't even want to link my accounts, I finally completed the process.

I downloaded the myvm app and was able to login.

However, everytime I tried to navigate to billing it asked, yet again, for me to verify my email, so again another torrade of verification emails! 

I couldn't get to my billing so I logged out and removed the app and reinstalled to see if this would resolve the issue but now I can't log back in nor can I log in via the website.

I get a "something went wrong" message on the website even before I get the login page and when I click login on the app it goes blank for a second and then returns to the homescreen for me to click login, again without any ability to even try to enter my login details.

I am now unable to manage my account online which was never an issue begore I was forced into merging things!

Can someone please help resolve this?

    The changes are across all customers with both Virgin Media and O2 accounts to align the login to use just one set of details, there has been some issues with the implementation of the changes that the team are working through. There is a help page set up here that has an FAQ section at the bottom that may offer assistance.
