Login Issues after linking accounts
I linked my virgin media and O2 accounts yesterday, not willingly may I add, I was forced to do so when trying to access my VM account.
After what seemed like a neverending torrade of verification emails which was annoying and frustrating especially considering I didn't even want to link my accounts, I finally completed the process.
I downloaded the myvm app and was able to login.
However, everytime I tried to navigate to billing it asked, yet again, for me to verify my email, so again another torrade of verification emails!
I couldn't get to my billing so I logged out and removed the app and reinstalled to see if this would resolve the issue but now I can't log back in nor can I log in via the website.
I get a "something went wrong" message on the website even before I get the login page and when I click login on the app it goes blank for a second and then returns to the homescreen for me to click login, again without any ability to even try to enter my login details.
I am now unable to manage my account online which was never an issue begore I was forced into merging things!
Can someone please help resolve this?
