Login details

Recently tried to login in to sky sports app for the first time in a couple of months using my usual virgin login details (NTL email) and my password was not recognised.

I then tried to reset my password but the back up email account used was not mine so I could not receive this. I aslo tried to reset password using memorable details,  and account details number/area reference, this did not work either.

I called virgin who said they will report the suspicious activity, but also stated it was to do with the merging process for the new Virgin Media O2 accounts. I was promised a call back to reset my credentials within 30 minutes but I'm still awaiting this over 24 hours later.

I should add, I was still receiving emails to my NTL email account through mail app, and could access Virgin TV Go App and access My Virgin Media App last night. Since then my original NTL email now no longer logs in on my phone and TV app and My Virgin Media App has signed out.

Can anyone advise as I have no faith that calling the helpdesk again will do anything

    Are you able to login to your online account via your browser instead of the app? Please give this a try via the link here.
