Logging into MyVirgin

I'm trying to login into my account, the system asks me to verify my email, which I do but then it asks me to either set up Passkey or Password.  I don't want to change my password, just login to see my account.  Why is it doing this?

    Have you tried entering the password you would like to use for the new ID?

      It’s not a new id, the opportunity to input my existing password is not there, only to create a new one which I’d rather not do at this time.  I’ve not had this problem before!
