Logging into My Virgin Media

Anyone else having a problem with signing into My Virgin Media?

I use the email I have used for ever and when I login it says "Your email or password was incorrect. Please try again or go back to change your email."

I was talking with one of the VM reps on the Community Forums yesterday and didn't really get anywhere but he did change my password for MVM but it still not working...

    Yes same here - Thank goodness it's not just me...

    I was on to an VM person as well and he changed my password but nothing seemed to have been sorted!

      We're sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to access your My Virgin Media account.

      Can you please confirm if this error is apparent when trying to access this via both a web browser and the application?

      If this is browser related, can you please confirm if you've been able to try an alternative browser and/or cleared the cache on the browser you're using?

      Please also ensure that the browser - and if applicable, the application on your device are up to date with the latest software.

        Don't use the app but tried on Firefox Edge and Chrome - All on the latest versions.

        Just tried the app doesn't work there either.
