I can't log into my virgin media app

It is not resolved. I can't log into my virgin media app. Put in my email address, password and says my password isn't verified. Sends me an email link that verifies my email, not password. Asks to verify another way and it's the 5 words with dashes inbetween each word. To me, that is not resolved.

  • I went into the app to try again and without asking for my email and password, it automatically let me in. Strange but just happy it's sorted 🙂

    Paulpal​  The 5 words with dashes is the Account recovery code that was generated during the VMO2ID setup process.  Did you make a note of it?

        Ah, good spot.  I hadn't noticed that the valid from date was a week ahead of the creation date. ModTeam​  can you look into this please.
