Linking virgin media account

Hi,

I got virgin wifi installed nearly 2 weeks ago ive not had any emails stating my account number or area reference. I feel there might have been a typo as I dont think I've had any emails through. I've had no letters either stating the information. 

Any help would be appreciated thanks
