Linking accounts.
Out of the blue despite being a Virgin Media customer since 2011 Upon trying to log into my email as normal I was presented with the VM/O2 Log in screen without prior notification and no knowledge that this was about to happen. The email address requested was the username which was set up when the account was first opened and to which I no longer have access therefore the message that a link was sent to this address was of no use whatsoever.
I contacted the telephone number 0345 454 1111 to explain my issue and in the hope that some resolution might be forthcoming only to find out the folly of major companies outsourcing their customer call centres however I was given notification that a ticket would be raised {august 12th).
The ticket no given was P013156950 and that this would be resolved in 5 days still no solution.
Help me please.
