Link accounts

Ive moved home and taken my broadband with me which has been connected 

It asks me to link new account with old one which I've tried to do but always get an error 

Ive done chat help twice and told will get sorted but still nothing 

So I can't log in and see bills or anything .

Service running fine but logging in is horrid and still same after 2 weeks .
