Leaving Virgin
Ive informed Virgin of my intention to leave (this was a hard task I tell you despite stating what I wanted) Ive had the letter about returning the kit so will I receive packaging to return the kit ?

Yes, Virgin Media will send you packaging to return the kit. According to their help page How to return or recycle equipment | Virgin Media Help, they provide a returns box with all the necessary materials, including brown paper bags, a spanner, and a termination cap. If you haven't received the packaging yet, it might be on its way. If there's a delay, you can fill out an online form to request the packaging again.
