Leaving Virgin
Last month, I left Virgin Media. My bill says £58.75 CR, does this mean I will get this refunded? How is the refund processed, will I get this automatically? Bank transfer or cheque, and how long does it take?

Mostly refunds seem to be via cheque in the topics on here but have also read on here it could be via electronic means if your DD is still in place. Needless to say, VM likes to hang onto your money as long as possible before giving it back to you so cheque is more likely maybe!
