When processing your disconnection, did you discuss your package further with the team? We'll always offer the cheapest deal available for the package in discussion. However our offers and discounts are always changing, so it might be worth getting back in touch with the team again soon to see what else we have to offer, if you do have a change of heart. 13 years is a long time and we'd be sad to see you go!
