Leaving after 33yrs

Hi all, 

The usual lack of rewards for loyalty, 

At the moment I have the 350MB package priced at £38.08 per month on a 18 month contract that comes to an end on 10th April 2025. I checked my next bill online and found that it would be some £62.76. When I phoned up and discussed this with Virgin I was offered an 18mth contract at £40.00 per month, I replied my best mate is with virgin and has been for a while, his package is 1gB at £34.00 per month & I'm the heavier user, so had enough, cancelled my account, fed up of seeing new customers getting my package for less than £30 per month.

    We can only offer what packages are available at a specific time, these are subject to availability and can change at any time - sadly we do not guarantee that all customers on the same package will pay the same price, as these offers do change.

    As you've mentioned you've cancelled now it may be too late, but if you are still within the cancellation period we are available on 150 / 0345 454 1111 for package change discussions.
