Late payment charge and direct debit not taken

I have just received an email from Virgin Media with my latest bill, indicating that payment was not taken from my bank account and as a result a late payment charge has been applied!  I have never missed a payment.  I phoned last month and had one of your agents change my bank account details to my business bank account, as far as I can see the details are correct on my account.  I have filed a complaint on this but would appreciate a quick resolution here, especially a I never miss a payment and always have adequte funds in my accounts!
