Hi Paul,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear you've been given a late payment charge after changing your Direct Debit details and for any worry this may be causing , we understand you have never paid late before, so I can look further into this and get it resolved ASAP I have sent you an invite into a private chat, please look out for a white envelope.
