Late fee payment
In January this year I have gone through less than smooth upgrade process to my package. As a result my January bill was higher than usual however VM still collected the usual amount via Direct Debit and the outstanding bill balance was carried over to the next month + a £7.50 late payment fee. This has caused a 'Late payment' marker to be added to my otherwise immaculate credit score. I really don't care about that £7.50 but is there any way to have the 'Late payment' removed from my credit score as I have learned it will stay on my record for 6 years and it was was clearly a VM fault by not taking the correct amount via DD.
I'd appreaciate any help in this matter,
