I too am having the same issue. Have entered the returns information a few times and not been sent the returns packaging. Now getting letters about being charged for not doing it!! Can not speak to any one who is able to help. Am deeply frustrated.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you've not received the packaging. Are you near an O2 store at all - https://stores.o2.co.uk/ - If so, could you return it there? They can deal with returns, they'll just ask for name/account number to book it in. Best wishes,
