Kit Returns Issue

Hi, I am also having an issue with returning kit. I have been waiting for a returns pack for almost a month and the constant text messages and emails about being charged are worrying.  I am also being asked to return a streaming device that we have never had. We only have the 3 Hub. I am extremely concerned that I am going to be billed for something I have never received. 

Please will someone get back to me ASAP!?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you've not received returns packaging and also the dispute over the Stream Box never actually being received.
