Kit return packaging not received
I've requested packaging to return my Virgin Hub, this was a week and a half ago and I've still not received it. In the meantime I've been sent an email saying my account has been charged for not returning their kit. This email has a link to book a pickup, can I put the Hub in any packaging for collection? A taped bag? I have no boxes. If not how long should I be footing the bill for before I receive any packaging?
