Kit return collection

Question

Hi, trying to return the kit via yodel stores, but failed 2 times already: stores just refuse to collect it. Yodel advised to try other stores or ask you directly to collect.

Could you collect it from my home?

Have you the equipment all packaged up with the returns label?
Do the links provided by newapollo help locate a store that will be able to accept the return as not all stores will do this?

Hi, yes, I have packed it all up and tried 2 stores out of the list, but both refused to take it. Tried to approach Yodel but they couldn't help. Is there anyway to organise a return from home? I have a concierge so could leave for a pickup anytime.
