Kit collection

Hi, I've left Virgin, and really don't appreciate the £40 charge and the bills you keep sending me for non return of your kit which I won't be entertaining. I'm still waiting receive the box to send it all back in. I've now requested this multiple times and I still don't have the box. I also requested doorstep collection to which I was meant to get a text confirming that would happen, no dice there either.

The kit is here, waiting on you guys to send some form of box or person to pick it up. I'm giving it another couple of weeks, then I'm firing the lot in the skip. I've been trying to return it from November 2023 and at this point it's getting ridiculous.
