Just been sent pre-contract documents for a re-newal i didnt agree to?

Hi

I’ve just received my renewal offer email which I clicked through and chose ‘not for me’ which applied a discount, then I clicked still not interested… then suddenly in my inbox I’ve received pre-contract documents when I haven't accepted anything!!!! 

is there a bug in the automated emails or is this virgin being super shady? Have I been entered into a pre-contract agreement against my instructions?

    Sorry to hear about the renewal issues you have had.

    I can look into this for you and make sure everything remains the same as it is.
