items returned

afternoon my faith in virgin has not surpassed very poor  ive closed my account returned all kit in 1 box youve got it back but beyond belief not your now saying you only got the main tv box and modem not the 2nd tv box  it really does beggar belief just how rubbish the whole thing is if anyone can  be bothered to contact vm and sort out ill be surprised im so glad ive left not expecting any help from the team ad ex customer
