Issue returning Router after contract end

Hello All,

I've ended my contract with Virgin Media Broadband and returned the equipment via their free post.

I've sent it on the 19th of January 2025 and they still haven't recieved it and now I'm being charged for it!

There's no help line or online chat support once you've cancelled your contract. The help pages are not very helpful.

Would anyone be able to help please?

    Sorry to hear these concerns about equipment returns charges for equipment you've sent back! This can happen if we are waiting for it to be processed. They will be removed once processed, don't worry!
