Issue logging into account

My account was set up over the phone with postcode LE11 3NF but I have not had any email confirmation so do not know my account number or area ref. Please help, thanks!

    Hi Hb2003 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

    The Area Reference for the postcode given is 30, we do hope this helps and if you need any further help please let us know.

      Now when I try to log in I get an error message saying “Email address doesn’t match” but the email I used is definitely correct but the account was created by staff over the phone so I do not know if they signed me up with the incorrect email.
