Finally realised how much I was being ripped off with my subscription and have been trying to change it with the online quote, onto renewal I constantly get the page is down for any renewals but if I set it up as I’m moving to the address it will work, sends me to the online chat however they can’t even give me the deal that I can see online. On the edge of cancelling and going elsewhere if this isn’t sorted asap

I am trying to renew my package with the online deal of gig1 fibre broadband at 39.99 a month however when I click on it it’ll send me to log in, while doing so it’s then taken me to the page with all the details of my current package ect ect
I then click the three lines on the top left to change package and will be sent to a screen
From there I have tried the chat method to be told this is an online only deal and it can’t be done from the chat? But they can offer me that deal at 60pound with a 35pound starter fee. Which is not what I’m after when the deal I’m after is a lot cheaper online.
I have pop ups aloud, I had tried a different method of client.
but if I put I am moving to this address when it checks to see if I can have internet here it’ll run smooth sailing?

Probably because it's a new customer deal.
You will not find any deal online that will give you the same or lower price than you are currently paying.
