Is there an email or physical address for Virgin Media where a complaint can be sent

VM's complaints process is outlined on < this page>  which includes a link to an online complaints web form

It also includes the complaints postal address which is Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA

There isn't a customer facing email address.

If you give a brief desciption of your issues here then a member of the forum team may be able to help.

The only way I could complain was via a help desk guy on WhatsApp. And it took over 4 hours after the initial contact for them to respond. For three months they’ve been getting my bill wrong and I spend hours as the people in their South Africa, Portugal, Philippines and India helpdesks cannot help. Eventually I get transferred to Plymouth help desk who fix the problem. I’m hoping that this month I won’t get the problem. Otherwise it’s back to Sky for me.

Another disgraceful, (VM has obviously gone out of its way to close them all), semi-legal, (EC Directive Reulations), position from the provider that manages to combine the best network with the sector's worst customer services experience.
