ipad offer - not received
signed up for gig 1 offer in june. installed on the 21st of june.
still no email from courier for dispatch of the ipad.
please advise

Did you purchase Gig1 internet, or the Mega Volt bundle in June?
The free ipad offer in June was for customers taking out the Mega Volt bundle online.
i received the attached email as confirmation after placing my order.

i've already done that on the same day i opened this thread. i emailed them. no response. when will you be escalating this?

The offer says you have to wait 55 days.
