Incorrectly being charged for 4 boxes when I have only 2 boxes in house.

Incorrectly being charged for 4 boxes when I have only 2 boxes in house.  2 days in chat and going around in circles. I have a main box and an additional in bedroom which I have had for years now. But on checking bill I am being charged for mini boxs. Whe I'm on chat I'm being told I have 4 ? I don't and being charged very unhappy. Never had 4
