Incorrect Email on order

Hi all 

Hi, I recently placed an broadband order last night as a new customer but made a typo on the email address, how do I go about solving this since im a new customer and dont yet have an account setup?

I have rang the 0800 183 1234 about 6 times today   just all automated  press this etc 

Nothing to let me speak to some one  . It reconizes my number to the order  and tells me my postcode 

 

But due to missing a letter from my email nothing has come thru  for order and cant login in as i dont have access to that email

    Managed to get my email i think updated   with speaking  on phone 

    Problem is they said could not send my welcome email etc again  with detail off contract or log in ?? . I would recive something on 16 dec on install day ????

    I need  log in details etc  to look at full details off contract . Ordered 2 new sims also  only recived 1 in post today  ordered 2  ...  13 days after  ordered   managed to change email with o2 i think online from text message   but again asking for log in details off account name and area ??? to link with VM

    looking to ring up and cancel tommorow as 14 days tommorow and restart next week order next week

      If the team on the phone who have access to sales orders and pre-installation documents have been unable to re-send this for you, it's unlikely we'd be able to either. 

      We can usually re-send your Pre-contract documents, but you won't be able to access your online account until you are installed and activated. (This is standard for many customers when first joining us!)
      I will send you a PM to see if there's anything we can do. Please keep an eye on your Inbox ๐Ÿ“ฉ in the top right corner of the page. We can then return to this public thread with another update when possible.

    Sorry to hear of the issues with the order and information, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    We're not able to assist with changes of this nature as we don't have access to the sales systems but if you call the team on either number provided they will be able to update this for you.

    You should try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them to update the records.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
