Incorrect Email on order

Hi all 

Hi, I recently placed an broadband order last night as a new customer but made a typo on the email address, how do I go about solving this since im a new customer and dont yet have an account setup?

I have rang the 0800 183 1234 about 6 times today   just all automated  press this etc 

Nothing to let me speak to some one  . It reconizes my number to the order  and tells me my postcode 

 

But due to missing a letter from my email nothing has come thru  for order and cant login in as i dont have access to that email

    You should try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them to update the records.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
