My Father-in-law passed away recently and we have completed all the bereavement forms. We have now received a cheque made out to him!! Does anyone know how to get this reissued with the correct details, trying to get hold of bereavement services is impossible.

We're really sorry to hear about what's happened. This is certainly not the usual service that's received after a bereavement. I'll need to take some details from you to get this investigated and looked at. From there we can then sort out a resolution for you.
