Incorrect billing
I renewed my VM Broadband package in July, it was advertised at £23.92/month on my dashboard but wouldn't let me proceed to purchase. I contacted the web chat service who said it is £28/month, but eventually agreed to a £4.08 credit on my bill each month to bring it down to the posted amount.
On my first bill in August, I was charged £30.14 for some unknown reason, and then in September and my upcoming bill in October it's gone through as £28. In August I contacted the web chat again and they said they have fixed the error and I would be reimbursed for the difference. Clearly this wasn't the case.
I've tried calling up today but can't get through to a human, so I've resorted to posting here. So far, I reckon I'm due £6.22 for August, £4.08 for September and £4.08 for the upcoming October bill which I can already see prepared to leave my account. So £14.38 in total, as well as the bills being corrected to £23.92/month henceforth.
How do I go about getting this sorted?
