Incorrect billing

I have just received an email stating that I did not pay my full bill last month and will pay extra next month. However I have had ongoing issues with this since January and was told early April it had all been resolved and I only now have to pay a certain amount going forward. Can someone please contact me and look into this as phoning the helpline is not helpful.

    Sorry to hear of the billing issue, that appears to have been ongoing for an extended period of time.

    This sounds potentially like a rolling credit has been added to the account and is potentially hitting the account after the bill is being produced.

    Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner and we can look into this together with the view of getting this resolved for you.
