Incorrect bill

My tv and broadband contract was recently due to end and I was offered a new deal of £38 a month for 18 months which I accepted. I received an email with the new contract which stated £38 a month for 18 months and then £65 from month 19. My new bill has come through and it’s £87, when I have clicked on my contract on my account it’s different to the email documents I received and it says £65 a month. I’m very confused. I have tried to speak to someone on the online chat but it’s not working.
