Impossible to switch to ebilling

I cannot switch to ebilling. I have been on the phone to Virgin and they can't do it either. I've tried everything on here and googled for hours. Please get me out of this con of  £1.75 a month.

      Hi - Can I also have this changed please? The instructions online are incorrect and I'm getting nowhere trying to contact virgin via the chat function.
