Hiya, I'd like to link my O2 account so I can close it. I no longer have a need for the SIM card that came with my Virgin package.
I can't get past this IDF-12B error on my mobile, tablet or computer on any browser. I am not on a VPN.
Can you help?
If you want to cancel the sim and don't want to keep the mobile number then you should be able to obtain a STAC code by texting STAC to 75075.
If you want to cancel the sim but transfer the mobile number to another sim provider then you should be able to obtain a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075.

Are you doing this from here through Virgin Media O2 ID?
If you're looking to cancel your O2 SIM, then you would need to contact O2 directly on their available contact methods here.
Please be aware that if the O2 SIM you're looking to cancel is primarily linked to your Virgin Media VOLT benefits, then you would not be eligible for the continued use of the benefits, and these may be removed from your package.
