Identity fraud

I have been a victim of an identity fraud, I have spoken to the fraud department of virgin media, and they said they have closed my account, which unfortunately theu haven't as I just received two letters today (26/11/2025) with two paper bills with the amount owed, I have tried to call someone but no luck, I have tried live chat, but they are very slow.... Any ideas? Thanks
