I wasn't offered a 360 box..

Afternoon all..

I was offered a free Stream box with my upcoming broadband installation.

No problem at all.

But why wasn't I given the option of a 360 box? 🤔

    I am guessing you have the new XGS-PON network which currently only supports the Stream box.

    Maybe.

    I'm not able to get a VoIP landline through virgin yet either for some technical reason out of my control.

      There is at present a problem with the VM Hub5x that the telephony sockets do not work. They are NOT VoIP just uses a standard old POTS phone handset. VM will probably go to VoIP sometime in the future, but nothing has been announced. If you want a VoIP connection you can certainly do it with a VoIP provider.

    Sorry to hear you were not offered the 360.

    It's usually one or the other as they are both on different platforms.
