I want an upgrade

I’m just about to move into my mother’s house with my wife as my mother has dementia so can’t be trusted on her own.

 I’m going to need to move the router and get more boxes fitted, is there a way of actually getting to speak to someone who I can arrange a date for this to be done.

    Hey brettybrtsk, thank you for reaching out and unless you have an LPA access code or get the account changed over we would need to speak to the account holder directly to make any changes.

    What are you looking to add / change?

    You'd save yourself trouble in the longer term by getting the account changed to yourself now.
